Strategy in Principle of Efficiency
I’ve lots of friends who are working in the different companies. This is really nice for me to learn from my friend about working situation and enriches our knowledge for preparing my own company. I know it is not easy to work at the company where we are dealing with lots of people with different characteristic each. My friends have told me all experiences in the work place, from the worst till the best condition. One thing that makes me surprised is about how the company saves money in this current economy crisis. I know that every company needs to reduce the expense and implement efficiency in many aspects outside the production. Promotion is reduced slightly because of crisis in any company but not only that solution because we see other method to save budget from unnecessary expenses. One of friend told me about car allowance, the strategy of efficiency for company which has lots movable employees. It is money paid to the employees as the substitute for using their own personal car for company purpose. It is really nice solution to save company money for buying cars. It is also better for company budget because company doesn’t need to provide maintenance of the cars. I think more company will use this option because of crisis in this day.
